Burning Bush Installation

Materials: Metal Cones, Wood Structure, Plaster, Various Animal Bones, Film Projector, Amplifier, Speakers and Electronic Security System

When the audience approaches the sculpture, various tape loops are triggered to play ambient sounds of forest fires, landslides, arc welding, etc. (Speakers are built into each of the cones adding echo-location and acoustic buzzing to the prerecorded sounds). If one of the cone tips is pulled back forest fire film loops project onto the ceiling.
